Squash & Coriander Crepe filled with Black Beans, Feta cheese, Avocado, A Sunny-Side Up Egg, Salsa & a dash of Sriracha.
Chilled Pumpkin Spice Oats
350 grams of pumpkin-spiced rolled oats & chia seeds, sweetened with honey, and chilled. Spices include cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, & vanilla extract. Served IN A NUTELLA JAR!!

Grilled Steak and Eggs
24-hour Asian style marinated Filet steak, cooked medium, with chimichurri sauce, herb roasted potatoes, & a sunny side up egg.
Matooke & Vegetable pancake stack with pulled Beef Bourguignon stew. The dish is slow cooked for hours in red wine in the style of the traditional French Recipe from Burgundy. It is flavored with a garnish bouquet of herbs.
A savory parmesan crusted french toast on sourdough bread, with a Crème fraîche spread, topped with Gruyère cheese, greens, & crispy bacon.
