I had the pleasure of taking the children here on a school tour one day an have to say, it was one of the most impressive places I visited throughout my time in Mbarara. The children got to learn all about their culture, tribes, history etc. and even for an outsider, it was fascinating!

Magnificent would be an understatement of this lovely, gorgeous name it, this place is awesome, i visited thie cultural centre and country hotel, i was first amazed by the rooms and the first class service of staff, when i i was guided through the museum of south western Uganda i was even amazed the more, the museum is classy and the prsentation of artefacts and information is good that you do need a guide to take you through. I had a great time here and i must recommend those planning trips upcountry not to miss staying at Igongo. I must return soon with my family for a vacation, i wish them all the best, for them the sky will be the limit…
