California style 8 piece roll topped with Norwegian salmon, tobiko caviar, crunchy tenkasu, and a touch of homemade spicy aioli. Sprinkled with freshly shredded mozzarella and torched with a flame.

 

MAIN COURSE – UGX 35,000

Pan Seared Tilapia

Drenched in avocado cream and sprinkled with black sesame. Served with the days market fresh vegetable sticks and a bowl of steamed rice.

DESSERT – UGX 20,000

Dark Chocolate Turon

A pair of crispy fried sweet banana lumpia. Drizzled with locally sourced dark chocolate and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
