Free range chicken fillet stuffed with cheddar cheese, black olives, roasted cherry tomatoes and assorted Belgian nuts on a bed of creamy baby spinach as famously made in city of Antwerp, Belgium, accompanied with peanut butter (odi) sauce from Northern Uganda infused with brandy & steamed & olive oil pan fried plantain.
