Tilapia fillet in tandoori paste mixed with yogurt, sugar and lemon juice marinade, pan fried and served with cucumber raita salad

 

MAIN COURSE – UGX 25,000

Beef Steak with Flambe Sauce

Tender beef fillet steak with salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme marinade, shallow pan fried then sauteed in flambe sauce and served with buttered mash potatoes and spinach.

DESSERT – UGX 15,000

Caramelised Pineapple

Two sliced pineapple caramelised in butterscotch sauce and served with Vanilla ice cream.
